Could uvnc2me allow setting a fixed password, like Teamviewer does?
Since the ID seems to always stay the same, this would make vnc usage possible without dyndns providers.
Maybe right in the ini file, but that would mean anybody could read it plaintext...
Or maybe you could pass it like -passwd SECRET when you run the program, that way its never stored.
