Dir Path length bug

Post by Charles »

When the SC winvnc.exe is run, if the length of the full path of the directory it's in (which in my testing is also the current working directory) is between 14 & 17 chars (not including any trailing "\"), for example "C:\12345678901" or "C:\12345678901234", the logo will not display.

Though it is unlikely to cause any problems in production, I share it here because (1) it's interesting, and (2) it could indicate a glitch that also brings more serious consequences.
