SC update June 2013

Latest update is giving me some problem related to UAC on Win7/8/8.1, Vista not tested.

Client can connect with any host described on helpdesk.txt but after establishing the session I can't interact with those windows that need Administrator permission (task scheduler, odbc data sources, installers, administrator CMD.exe, etc).
As soon as the client closes that window, I can resume interaction with the session as long as I don't open any more of those windows.

My previous version of custom.exe doesn't have this problem but I need a new custom.exe version because I added more hosts on helpdesk.txt.
[DIS_UAC] is present on helpdesk.txt as always been.

any idea?

previous version always stared with "runas admin"
now you need to start it yourself with runas.

The reason for the change was that now also non admin users can run SC, before adminnaccess was needed.

how can I do that? decompress the custom.exe and make a new one ?

right click on exe and select "runas admin"

that defeats the option of running custom.exe directly from the browser. all my endusers are local administrators, no limited account.

can I manually create one new custom.exe only for admin users like the old version? if so, how can I accomplish that?

manifest is embedded in the exe
You can change it with a resource editor, but possible this break some crc and exex fail to run.

Isn't it possible for you to re-enable the previous version creator on the webpage?

The previous version was changed on request to allow non admin users use the tool.
I see what i can do next weekend, remember me when i forgot it.

Been testing in the past days and I can now confirm that it works again

I've noticed that there's a 12sec delay when I accept the client connection and get to see it's screen. this is only in Win8.1 client, Win7/XP works great, Win8 couldn't test.
