Please help with encryption - check my config

Sup guys. I got UltraVNC SC working fine but am hung up with the encryption. I'm able to fire up the encrypted session on the remote PC and it does connect to the viewer but hangs and the remote control window never pops up (when using encryption). I had a hard time determining what exactly to do from multiple sets of instructions so below are the steps I used. Please critique it and let me know if I did something wrong here.

Here are the steps I took:

Tested the uvnc lashup without encryption and had success.

Fired up the vncviewer, saw that SecureVNCPlugin64.dsm was available.

I then jumped into C:\Program Files\uvnc bvba\UltraVnc\plugins and renamed SecureVNCPlugin64.dsm to MSRC4Plugin.dsm as per instructions I found in random posts.

I jumped back into the viewer, checked Use DSMPlugin, and selected MSRC4Plugin.dsm.

I placed MSRC4Plugin.dsm into the C:\Program Files\uvnc bvba\UltraVnc\ folder.

I then generated the client/server keypair via the "Generate Client Authentication Key" button. I placed 20131129_Server_ClientAuth.pubkey into C:\Program Files\uvnc bvba\UltraVnc\, then renamed the key file to rc4.key.

I placed 20131129_Viewer_ClientAuth.pkey into my custom folder, and renamed the key to rc4.key

I modified the helpdesk.txt file as follows:

Internet support encryption
-plugin -connect someguysipaddress:10304 -noregistry

I zipped that badboy up and created my support.exe file.

I launched the vncviewer:
C:\Program Files\uvnc bvba\UltraVnc>vncviewer.exe -dsmplugin MSRC4Plugin.dsm -listen 10304

SC require the old plugin, MSRC4Plugin_for_sc.dsm
This plugin exist only for w32, not X64. You need to install the vncviewer for 32bit on your x64 system.

download UltraVNC_1_1_9_X86_Addons.exe -> this contain the MSRC4Plugin_for_sc.dsm
download UltraVNC_1_1_9_X86_Setup.exe -> For the vncviewer.exe and winvnc.exe
winvnc.exe is needed to create the key
The w32 install in program files (x86)
Run winvnc.exe select the plugin and create the key, the add the key to the sc zip
