If you are having problems with 1.1.7 NoReg on the Server, when the server is running as a service, you will need to revert to 1.1.6. The 1.1.7 NoReg plugin has a bug that made it nearly impossible for the plugin to find the keyfile when running as a service. SORRY! :oops:
