Since I'm already working on 1.1.7, I don't think I'll re-release those 2 files for 1.1.6.
WhatsNew.txt just has the release notes. You can get that off the website.
ReadMe.txt - The version number and date? That's it?
Feel free to update your copy if you want. I'll update them when 1.1.7 comes out.
