Mirror Driver embedded?!?

I read that:
Pchelpware runs much better because the executable has a built in video driver
but i read also that:

For optimal performances an optional Mirror Driver [i]can be installed[/i] on 2000/2003/XP and Vista
The drivers to optimize the video is then included in Pchelpware Further improvements or to install it separately?
