Not able to connect to the VNC server

Hi Team,
I am using Ultra VNC.
I am not able to connect to my VNC server.
I am here sharing the network data of the server.
Network card
Name: Microsoft Loopback Adapter
IP-Address: 169.254.25.129
Subnet IP: 255.255.0.0
Standard gateway:
Bandwidth:

Name: MAC Bridge Miniport
IP-Address: 10.0.0.112
Subnet IP: 255.255.255.0
Standard gateway: 10.0.0.1
Bandwidth:

Name: Intel(R) PRO/1000 GT Desktop Adapter
IP-Address: 0.0.0.0
Subnet IP:
Standard gateway:
Bandwidth:
But when I run the VNCViewer in the server system and when i try to access client system with client IP I am able to connect it.
But vice versa not happening.
Let me know how to solve this issue.
