Not able to connect Windows 7

We've been using SC with great success. I migrated from a Vista to Windows 7, and I am not able to connect to my new PC. I've set up the PC per instructions and recompiled the Executable. When I Launch the viewer in listen mode, and launch the server from the remote PC, no connection is made. Using the same IP addresses and everything. What can I do to further troubleshoot this?

BTW UAC is not turned off on my pc, but I am running as administrator.
