Errors: Failed to set dynalias; Failed to find ext ip add.

Downloaded PCHelpWare 1.0, extracted files, ran viewer entering alias TCSI, Password, listen port 5500 (already forwarded on router), unchecked UPnP, and clicked SAVE(TCSI now in window). Then clicked CREATE SERVER. After 22 sec delay error: Failed to set dynalias pops up and I click OK. After another delay error: Failed to find external ip address pops up I click OK and window with garbage characters in field appears and I replace them with my correct IP address. I click OK then answer NO to enter PW question and get the command syntax line window correctly. I've tested and it works. Why am I getting those errors whenever I create a new server???
