It's not a download...
It's my understanding you can only get it from
http://www.uvnc.com/
By downloading the "custom.zip" file, adjusting the files inside, rezipping and using the "creator" on the web page. Without creating a special copy via their web page, it won't work any other way. Simple, but confusing if you've not done it yet.
