PC Helpware stopped working - help!

HI There, I have been using PC Helpware for about 2 years with aout a problem and from some reason, now every thing I have tried is not helping.

So Far:
Created new server
turned off UPNP (I have a static IP)
Checked portfowarding (192.168.1.3:5500)
Created a new connection
tried it on different PCs
Can Ping external address OK
Disabled router fire wall
Disabled Security and firewall on both client + server PC's
Tried from different PCs

Also, I have checked that the client is working from www.yougetsignal.com. The connection gets through and PC helpware viewer even responds. Must be something to do with the server.exe file???


I am out of ideas - I look forward to any suggestion at all!
