multiple pchelpware using different id;s

We would like to set up everyone with a different pchelpware file to provide support to customers. My problem is that i tried creating two different id's and it created two diff exe's obviously. I would like to know how i can get like 5 id's working with one .exe so that when the client calls they can enter the id of the specific remote helpdesk person and can be connected.

forgot to mention that repeaters will be run for everyone from a server with each to his own port.

If you are using individual ports why are you using the repeater? The direct method may be a better choice. The helpdesk.txt can be edited to have multiple hosts (mine has a list of 35).

use same port for all customers, only ID should be different for every customer. so you can use single repeater for all customers
