Web site app 16 bit? NTVDM error

Hi,

Sent a VNC SC app to someone so that I could do remote support on their PC but they apparently get an NTVDM error/illegal operation when they run it. It works fine on my PC. Is it actually a 16 bit app? If it is then I can troubleshoot their 16 bit subsystem, otherwise something else is going on.

(Virus and spyware scans found nothing)
