One click viewer - parameters ?

Help....

We would like to start using PCH in our support department but I want a one click solution. I want to be able to have my technicians click the PcHelpWare shortcut which launches the viewer but I want this to automatically start the entire process. I dont want to have to pick the .phw file and then click the start button. There must be a way to use a switch setting or pass a parameter....is this possible?

Thanks for any ideas you might have....
