Just want to know how to get the latest DLL 1chatdll.dll,1scdll.dll,schook.dll and the right function definition for Start_server() and Stop_server() !

Did I said something that can't be done ?. I found information for the Start_server() paramaters but there seem's to not be the right one because when ?I called the function it generae a GPF , so I'm pretty sure that I don't have the right paramaters description!
