Show different message to viewer if server is locked.

Hello, my requirement is to show the different message if the ultravnc server is locked. is there any method to get the information that UltraVNC server is locked ?. so that i can show the lock message on UltraVNC viewer .

If server is locked the viewer show the unlock window ?
