I installed UltraVNC on a user's computer and it installs the server and user modes. With the UltraVNC server running, I can not connect to them, but they can connect to me. You would think if one direction of traffic is working, both should.
I bet it's the settings somewhere on their Vista machine.
Anyone have any ideas? Currently I have to remote in using remote assistance and every time the box appears for the user to click OK or continue, my session gets paused. Very annoying and it requires a user to be at the computer.

They probably have Windows Firewall running and no exception for the winvnc.exe executable.
