Hmmmm... I'd say, for your assumed purpose the checkbox "Use comment to check viewer access" could help. In comment.txt up to 1000 entries are possible (manually edited, not via the webGUI).

Or do you want to prevent servers from connecting? This would be a feature request for a checkbox "Use comment to check SERVER access". To my mind, this checkbox would make as much sense as the current implemented checkbox. And I already wondered why it was done that way and not vice versa... Rudi?
