VNCViewer, how to load up instantly?

Hi.
My VNC viewer used to load up machines screens in like a blink of an eye. However ever since i reformatted this PC and if i load up more than 1 machine at a time (using shortcuts) it takes ages and pops up "Please wait - initializing screen" for a second or two. If i loaded up 20 machines at once it'd take about 20 seconds or more.

I'm not sure if theres a setting i did previously which made it so fast, for example if i clicked on 20 machines, it'd load up as fast as i can click it!

This computer is on the same position, same network etc.. so it cant be anything physical.
