I'm setting up a simple implementation of PCHelpware, I'm still working on the video help page (since the posted videos are still with the old site design although everything works the same) and on the pin page (the design is reallllyyyy bad at the moment) but go ahead take a look and try it out.
My goal is to make this implementation simple enough for anyone to use, tech geek or not
The concept is simple:
1- Download ICU Viewer, run it and click on the create new session button, this will give you a pin that you will supply to the person who's desktop you want to control
2- Redirect your user to the pin page (pin.ptkoders.com), tell him to insert the pin you've created and click on the get help button, this will start a download that he must execute, after this the PCHelpware server GUI will launch, just click connect
3- On your end you just have to click connect to start the viewer after the person running the server get's the waiting for viewer message
