Removing outer container from viewer

Post by edmazur »

My question can probably be more easily explained using an example. Suppose I'm only interested in using one particular application on the computer with the UltraVNC server. To do this, I connect with the UltraVNC viewer, do "select single window" on the application, and I'm good to go. The only problem is that the application is now inside a container window. Is there a way to break the application out of the viewer?

If it helps to know where I'm coming from, I'd like to run mIRC on one computer and be able to access it from other computers. I just find the "window inside a window" thing kind of ugly.
