running SYmantec AV remote clients are being denied access
UVNC Large Error Response BO Detected SID 22901
client is running 1.8.02

in Symantec AV when i uncheck Enable intrusion prevention this is cleared

We check egain the code for the buffer error explained in

http://www.symantec.com/business/securi ... asid=22901

This error was fixed in 2006 by adding this fix

Code: Select all

_vsnprintf(line, LINE_BUFFER_SIZE-1, format, ap); // sf@2006 - Prevents buffer overflow

Please notify the support forum of "Symantec", need to be solved on there site.

disabling symantec intrusion prevention stops this
the link you provide says uvnc 1.0.2 adresses this issue!!!
