winvnc comande line ID: not specified

Can it be possible to note specify an ID in the command line parameters and have a prompt on screen to put the ID, like on old SC version?

Is possible to use the commande line option with -autoreconnect and the ultravnc server try to reconnect to the ID previously put on screen
