commandline input

Post by Chriss »

Hi,
is it possible to build in a commandlineinput?
Then I am able to control the remote comfortably. Now I had to open the commandline on remote and then I am able to work.
Is it possible to add these feature?

Thanks

RemCom

Post by hrobky »

I'm using RemCom for controling remote PC. Command remcom \\machine cmd launches interactive console session. (Equivalent to telneting to remote host)

Pros:
  • Uses Windows authentication
  • No remote installation needed
Cons:
  • Connection isn't secured nor uses existing winvnc session
  • You need SAMBA/RPC ports to be opened (TCP/UDP 137-139, 445 in my case)
  • Some setup programs do not posses any /quiet option (omitting to show any windows), therefore are unable to run
