Protection option for stop service ...

Is there any way to disable for user on my computer (logged on my account ,administrator) stop service or kill process of uvnc server?
This is home PC but my PC and i dont want my brother or any body else to have rights to disable remote control to my PC.
Mayby password box when somebody will try to stop service or try to kill pid of uvnc server?
My firewall Kaspersky have that option mmaybe uvnc should have too ;p

right click on winvnc... select admin properties
enable Forbid the user to close down WinVNC

if your brother have administrator privilege,
you can never stop for shutdown any service

you must force the users to have limited account or power user but never administrator privilege
