Local: PcHelpWare Rel 1.0 - Win XP SP4
Remote: PcHelpWare Rel 1.0 (SC GUI) - Win Vista SP1
Network: LAN

Transfer from local to remote work well... but cannot transfer file from remote (Vista) to local:

If I use CTRL+ALT+C mode when i do Paste on local machine i get error: "Unable to copy file: unable to copy from file or from disk" (translated from italian)

If i use CTRL+C mode when i do Copy on remote machine i get the dialog "Error - Max size limit of 100MB exceded" on local (the file size is 300KB). And then the paste fail...

Can you help me?
