Pchelpware proxy configuration just for server

This is my scenario:

Viewer ==> Router > Internet
|
|
Public IP Router with Virtual Server option enabled
UltraVnc Repeater
waiting for viewer on port 5901
waiting for server on port 80
|
|
Server ==> Proxy specified in IE Settings no auth

I woul'd like to know how to specify proxy settings in PCHelpware server executable. I don't need to use a proxy https connection between viewer and server, just a proxy setting for server. The only port connected to internet available for server is the proxy port.
