2003 Server Bug

I've read in this forum that 2003 Server R2 will not run launch the connection box for PHW 1.0. I've also seen this first hand. Is there a fix or a workaround? Or should I use UVNC SC for Servers?

After digging through this forum I have found that this issue seems related to DEP. Wish I would have found that earlier, woudn't have needed to post.

if dep block pchelpware, this mean there a bug with pchelpware using some loop and then blocked by DEP
UltraVNC 1.0.9.6.1 (built 20110518)
