I've downloaded:

PCHelpware Release 1.0 - Zip archive

1SCVDLL.dll and 1SCDLL.dll patch for PCHelpware Release 1.0 - Zip archive (copied them replacing the files in the above download)

And downloaded

PCHelpware server bin (GUI SC)

I need to do a port forward on my router. But if my client has a router there end do I need to use a direct or reppeater connection. (don't really understand what the repeater part is) ?

However my IP address via my ISP is Dynamic. How do I use something like no-ip to configure a static IP.

Also can I deploy all this via a website>?
