PcHelpWare 1.0 DLL Patch for Use on SC Version?

Does the "1SCVDLL.dll and 1SCDLL.dll patch for PCHelpware Release 1.0 - Zip archive" apply to SC version of PcHelpWare? When I used it with the SC version I had odd screen refresh issues.
