Viewer Not starting

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I started the walkthrough and made a server. That was provided on this forum.

When I get to the part of using the helpwareviewer is where i get stuck.

I ope the viewer and select my test configuration on the right. I then hit start. I get a few things about mapping in the dialog box and it recognizes my router but that is it. Nothing else happens. I also tried it without mapping.

Is there something that I am missing. I followed each step one by one on the manual.
