Hi there,
Time to time, after try to connect remote machine, I gave err message "Directx failed to initialize". I tried to search in here with no success.
Any idea, whats going on?
Mostly, this error, I read since customers start to using Vista (not all Vista users), but today, I became problematic on WinXP machine.
Whats strange, I have installed machine at home 2 days ago, using PcHw with no problems and now....
... customer said, the only one he installed new was Java, cause some SW needs it.
Anybody can help?
BTW, I am using old rel.15

Re: Directx failed to initialize
Then, Its much more confusion for me, cause, error came to me time to time, not every session.
In case, there is some problem on my machine, I cannot understand, why the problems are only with concrete customers and with concrete customers everytime and with the other - no problem everytime.
Dont know nothink about, how the software is programed, but these kind of problems points me, the problem is with other side. Maybe specific sw in customers side needs some feature of my local DirectX, really no idea.
So, what shall I do? Upgrade DirectX? ANy suggestions, how to track problem?
Thanks, Neon

You may check the "Disable directx" box (in viewer) to see if the error still occur.
