Here are my suggestions for parameters (longer names to make example clear)

PcHelpWare_viewer.exe -listen:myserver.phw -minimize_to_tray -stay_running_after_session_close

I wrote a simple AutoIT3 script to launch PcHelpWare_viewer.exe and go into listen mode. The way I got it work was to tab through each field to enter Alias and port then uncheck AutoPnP and finally click start.
