Customize layout failes

Hello,

When i create my server i want to get this layout:



but i always get the layout where i need to enter username and password.

i created my own helpdesk.txt and background.bmp but it still failes.
How does the customise work ?

I think you were using the repeater uvnc.com, and it is not very stable and I suppose it is due to too many people using it.

Please try to use "repeater01.ultravnc.info", as I found it to be easier to be connected recently (but the actual situation changes from time to time)

Of course, able to runn your private repeater is always the best choice

Are you sure your server had connected your repeater?

How about the viewer? Have you checked the repeater log, and saw the ID records of the viewer & server?
