Problem with Webpage Button

Post by ComputerDoctor »

Great Product guys!!! Keep up the good work! I heard about this project through one of my friends...then again...what are friends for?

I am having problems getting the Webpage button to work after I create my server. I have cut and paste the links all throughout the helpdesk.txt file. I read a post that indicated SC and PChelpware had two different structures for their helpdesk.txt configuration files. I have spent hours and hours trying to get this to work right. Anyone else having the same problem...just my luck I have a conflicting dll or something stupid like that.

Thanks in advance my gracious Gurus.

Have you defined something at [TEXTBUTTON]?
If you havn't, the button will not be available.

Your helpdesk.txt should include something like these lines:
==========================================
[TEXTBUTTON]
Goto My Site

[WEBPAGE] ==========================================
