Can someone please point me where to find information on how to customize PCHelpware SC messages balloons, title and stuff? I used SCIII in the past and was able to customize it, I believe there is a way to do the same with PCHelpware right?

There is a separated version of PHW-server called SC_Gui that can be customized as SCIII.

and you can find the download link at the PHW download page.
