SC and Repeater Questions

I'm having a couple of issues with my SC servers (I don't remember the version) and my repeater (1.1.0.4 on Win2003 Server).
Sometimes the repeater crashes for no apparent reason (in both service and standalone mode) and sometimes it just refuses to take connections. Has anyone else had either of these problems, or know of a way to fix it?
