Impossible to access ports using PcHelpWare_viewer.exe

Hi, people,

Whem I run pchelpware_viewer an try to make a connection I receive a message saying:

Repeater test
Failed to connect to viewer port
Failed to connect to server port

The Repeater log shows me:
socket <> initialized
bind <> succeded to port 5901
listen <> succeded
socket <> initialized
bind <> succeded to port 5500
listen <> succeded

Pchelpware_viewer parameters are:
alias: abcd
ID: 521463
Use https proxy
host repeater: uvnc.com
listen port viewer: 5901
liste port server: 5500
quality: hi
upnp: auto map checked (doesn't mather if it is checked or not)

I'm using windows XP SP2

Hi people,

I found why pcHeplWare was not funtioning. It was because Skype was running whem I tested it.

Without Skype pcHelpWare worked well.

Now I will send 'my' server to a friend and we will go to the second time: connect two pc under nat.

I think that is listed in the pchelpware step by step that nothing can share thre 433 port..
