I get the following message when trying to connect to a server "cannot configure dsm plugin".
I have reinstalled VNC, the Key and the plugin. If I logon as a new user (new profile) it works OK. However logging on as the existing user gives the error. It also remembers the ip address of the last connection so there is obviously information being stored in the users profile or registry somewhere. How do I delete this without deleting the user profile?
