FastPush - DONEmisterbusy wrote:ahh i understand
resizable box is very handy
thanks for the fast replies im very impressed
now ill leave you in peace for a bit while you work on the fast push
OOOOPsssmisterbusy wrote:the fast push is a cmd file not .exe
cant select it
ok 2 problemsdv8 wrote: The Username and Password are the one used after the /user option (this option is embeded in the command, so you don't have to put it with the above options).
If you check the box at the bottom, the current fields values will be saved in the file settings.ini. The password is encrypted before being saved.
10x for the feedback.misterbusy wrote:ok ignore all that above
i have worked it out![]()
i added /pwd as option, although im wondering if it can pull the password from the pc settings?
also save for future is spelt wrong and tick seems to dissapear each time
but other wise works brillaintly
No problem at all.misterbusy wrote:thanks
been using it
need to use a bit more yet but so far no problems whatsoever
because of how easy it is now
we use it to install vnc for desktop support where we need to reboot or connect without user input
and becuase its so easy and fast we can use \uninstall switch after to remove it
I will give more feedback as i use it more
once again thanks

Done.misterbusy wrote: few more suggestions:
in the right click menu, is it possible to have link to settings from there
which would allow us to edit the pc from there
Done.misterbusy wrote: mode off client server -- to save that setting
Thank you too for using it and sending your feedback!llol_slim wrote:hi,
just wanted to say thanks for this software, its helped me out no end!!!
I have a couple of comments i hope you dont mind![]()
You need to leftclick on it first, and then rightclick and choose from the context menu. Unfortunately that's the way the TreeView item works in AutoIt.llol_slim wrote: Sometimes when I left click on a computer, and try to connect, it still connects to the previously selected pc.
That's another "bug" in the TreeView item in AutoIt.llol_slim wrote: The plus button (as mentioned in a previous post) doesnt show up at all regardless of how many groups there are. Until the group is selected.
Double clicking doesn't work at all. You can connect to a PC by left clicking on it only if the Servers mode is selected.llol_slim wrote: are you supposed to be able to double click to connect? It doesnt seem to work sometimes, and randomly does!!
I run some tests in the begining using the tabbed viewer, but there were some issues that made me choose the original viewer.llol_slim wrote: Is it possible to use the multiviewer? So multiple virtual computers in one window?
I don't mind at all!llol_slim wrote: thanks again and hope you dont mind me posting this

This is already implemented by using the nbtstat.exe but for some reason it doesn't work on some PCs. Check to see if you have it in your system folder (for WinXP it is \Windows\System32)montag wrote:Great Software! Thank you very much!
A couple of suggestion/feature to make you software PERFECT:
- Reverse DNS lookup : is possible to have a reverse dns lookup in scanner? A list of ip address is useless, and i have to change the name manually, which is take so much time...
I'm working on your second suggestion. It's an excellent idea.montag wrote: - Default configuration parameter : i use a dsm plugin to connect to my vnc client, and i have to add a connection parameter to each client, can it be set to default for every client (a scanner option or a group option is a possible solution)
hope 1.3.5 will include these feature
thanks again for your software

I'm trying to do it without using the nbtstat.exe, but still no luck.![]()
This make me very happydv8 wrote: I'm working on your second suggestion. It's an excellent idea.
It will be included in v.1.3.5
The scanner checks if the port is open. It doesn't actually communicate with the server. So if the PC has this port open and listening it will be reported as positive.montag wrote:Another thing: the scanner report some windows 2000 machine as false positive.
I see some pc without vnc, after the scan in the list of scanned items.![]()
I've tried scanning only 5900 port but the result still remain the same.
