Connect Event

Post by nickwood »

Hi all

Is there anyway that I can set a connection event in VNC server that will execute when a connection is made.

I need to perform serveral tasks on the server automatically when a connection from a client is established.

Can I transfer commands to the server?
Can I auto start an application when a connection is made?

Or is there some other option?

Regards

Nick

Is it possible to determine if a client is connect from windows environment?

So would it be possible to setup a service in windows on the server machine to check for connections to VNC in a continuous loop, If connection made, perform tasks.
