Mouse position on view Exit

Post by MikeM »

Love UltraVNC! (Been using VNC on Linux for years)

Currently using the server on a remote PC for a full screen lobby display running a looping powerpoint. After I remote in and make changes, I will move the mouse to one of the corners of the display to make it less obvious. Upon exiting remote, the pointer on the server side pops up right in the middle of the screen. Even my powerpoint settings won't make the pointer disappear.

Are there any settings I can use on the server side now, or will there be in the future to basically "blank" the cursor pointer on the server side?

Thanks,
Mike

Dear UltraVNC-Team,

I would like to see this feature too!! At the moment I have installed a small tool that frequently captures the mouse position and if it's in the center of the screen, it moves the mouse to the lower right corner of the screen. But that's not really a good solution... Can't you implent a defineable position for the cursor!? Or maybe restore it's old position? 8)

Cheers, GerdF
