It seems that when I use this plug-in, the length of the password is limited to 8 characters. If I use a password longer or shorter than this, I get the "Connection Failed - Invalid Protocol" error.
I'm using Windows XP Pro with minimal services running, and the most recent version of UltraVNC (rc 20.5).
Anyone else getting this? Is there something I'm overlooking?
Thanks!

AESV2Plugin.dsm password length issues?
Is not limitation of dsmplugin but limitation of UltraVNC based on VNC 3.3.6
fo bypass this issue, use UltraVNC MS-Logon authentication
and activate New MS-Logon II only if you use Active Directory
