command line & launch program

Would it be possible to add a command line feature ? I mean, a dos-like prompt, where it would be possible to browse, list directories, launch programs and stuff like that, more or less like in Remote Administrator.
It would be very useful.

And a simpler one to implement : a 'launch program' feature : i type the command line, including path, executable name & parameters and the server program launches it.
