I'm really excited about using Repeater, SC, and Viewer to allow our software vendors to work with us directly on the desktop. I've put together a nice HTA GUI to coordinate hosting and viewing, and am poised to offer it to our technicians and vendors. Last problem to ovecome is security related.
We please need a way to prevent the vendor (viewer) from blanking our screen mouse and keyboard, and we must disable file transfers, or approve them with a complete log of activity. Security risk is too great.
