Single Click functionality with MS portal
Single Click functionality with MS portal
I have the following idea. We have a MS portal website. I would like to integrate a vnc viewer(listener) into a website. So engineers would be able to help people no matter where they are. I know there is a java viewer. Can it be done? Can the viewer (listerner) be integrated into a website? If so, can anyone point me in the right direction? Any help would be welcome. Thnx!
There are probably a lot of ways to complete this.
Maybe if you have a specific area for each tech - you can then have their SCthere on the site ready to be downloaded, additionally you can password the exe in a zip file or put it behind a page that requires a password..
With SC either your engineers will run a noip.com addres or dyndns address if they are not static and that would work.
I am sure the more "on demand" way would be that the support tech could send them the link as needed to their sc download.
Obviously they still may have to set their firewalls to allow the application to run but IM sure you know that.
