Hello, i have a Problem on a "Windows 10 2021 Enterprise LTSC" with "Power Attendant Lite Version 1.21A" when connected with Ultra VNC Version 1.4.3.1.
Explanation:
When i Open PAL 1.21A on Industrial PC and click on USV comes a Login Popup. I can Login and Login Popup goes away.
But when i do the same on Work Computer viewing this IPC in Ultra VNC then no Login Popup comes.
Only when i right click on PAL in Taskbar then Login Popup comes. After i Login then this Login Popup also does not go away.
Same solution to right click on PAL on Taskbar.
When i don t have VNC Connected there is no Problem at all. Also when Login Popup is stuck on IPC i can just close VNC on my Working Computer and then this Login Popup on IPC is unstuck and goes away.
Somehow VNC is influencing these Windows/Popups when connected from Work Computer to IPC.
Now i have talked to Omron about this already and it s possible kompatibility Problem with VNC 1.4.3.1 and this OS Version "Windows 10 2021 Enterprise LTSC".
Before it worked with the same Version of PAL and VNC but older OS "Windows 10 2016 LTSB". Just OS Changed and now it has some kind of Windows UI Problem.

Is vnc running as application or service ?
Tested as app and service and get the logon (omron)

Is VNC running as app or service?
In Work Computer in Task Manager it is between Apps "VNCViewer".
In Industrial PC it is in Task Manager between Apps as "VNC server" and also between Services as "uvnc_service".
Power Attendant Lite (PAL) has also Service "PowerAttendant Lite Agent Service".
Both "uvnc_service" and "PowerAttendant Lite Agent Service" services have Dependency "TCP/IP Protocol Driver", i don t know if that s relevant.
I will also try latest VNC Version as soon as i can. In the meantime i would really like to have an idea what can cause this behavior if possible.

Update:
I understand now what was ment with Service and App.
Before i installed it with Service and it was a Problem.
Now i installed it without it and it did not bring any Problem. I have to start Server manually with winvnc.exe under "C:\Program Files\uvnc bvba\UltraVNC" but i can also make a shortcut of that winvnc.exe and put it betweeen Startup Programs. So it can basically live without Service and it starts automatically anyway.
