Debug Assertion Failed

Post by kdh4318 »

After successfully building winvnc, the followoing error occurs when running the generated winvnc.exe, why? I didn`t touch the code.
Additionally, the recent version on Github has a completely new UI change. Thank you for the upgrade.

Debug Assertion Failed!

Program
C:\Users\Desktop\VNC\winvnc\winvnc\x64\Debug\winvnc.exe
File: minkernel\crts\ucrt\inc\corecrt_internal_string_templates.h
Line: 81

Expression: (L "Buffer is too small" && 0)

For information on how your program can cause an assertion failure, see the Visual C++ documentation on asserts.

Some secure functions like strcpy_s give this error when the destination is to small

Can you debug and see where in the code this error come from.

The recent version is still work in progress, a lot of things changed...
if you find errors like this please try to find the origin using the "Press retry"
