UltraVNC connection problem

Hi there,

We would like to install UltraVNC remote software for all users but the VNC viewer could not connect to any IP on the network.
We did the below process.

1- Stop protection services
2- Turn off the firewall

We have ping on the networks but the port is blocked.

Would you please tell us how we should solve this issue?
